Department of Information Technology was established in 2001 with an intake capacity of 60 students.

Information Technology, which is a continuously evolving field, demands committed professionals to perform their best. Considering the scope for a successful professional career, the department provides world class Network Infrastructure, modernized classrooms equipped with LCD projectors, powerful Pentium4 computers equipped laboratories and all the latest software and tools.

An ultra modern lecture halls equipped with video projection systems and computer caters for conventional as well as e-learning needs of the student.

The department has a well established LAN of 60 IBM machines.The ambience and the ergonomic design of the labs enhance students' appetite for acquiring programming skills.
