1. NBA
Accreditation
Department of Mechanical Engineering has
been accredited by
National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for the
period of three years with effect from May
2007.
The Department has well qualified teaching and
non
- teaching staff and sufficient number of class rooms and well
equipped laboratories.
2. The staff
comprises of seven Assistant Professors, one Sr.
Lecturer and five Lecturers.
3.
Departmental Goals:
(i)
To
impart quality engineering education through:

Sound theoretical

skills,

Adequate computational
skills
-
Appropriate industrial exposure.
(ii)
To
enhance the overall academic performance of students.
