Greetings!!!

Welcome to the PhD Research Centre in Army Institute of Technology Pune.

The Research Centre in AIT is established in the year 2025 under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) for the faculty of Computer Engineering. The Research Centre aims to conduct high-quality research and provides conducive environment for effective and quality research work.

The Research Centre has developed the state-of-art infrastructure, well equipped research laboratories, library, smart classrooms with modern teaching aids, discussion rooms and discussion area. The research centre provides High performance Computing (HPC ) and Ubiquitous Computing facilities to the Research Scholars. Research Scholars can take technical aid from various technical clubs in the college, such as Open-source club, Information security data forensic club, competitive coding club, Robotics club, Augmented reality and Virtual reality club etc. in their research work.

The research scholars undertakes research in various fields like Machine learning, AI, Computer Network , Ad-hoc Networks, Data Science, Distributed Computing, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Cloud Computing, etc. The Research centre has highly experienced and dedicated supervisors to guide the research scholars in their research work.

We welcome research scholars to be the part of AIT to experience a new journey towards a successful research career.
